your post is lame. you need to slash open your gut and let your prosaic intestines fall out. for example, talk about how you bounce up in down in front of the mirror to monitor your body fat...stuff like that.
i meant the previous comment in a tough love kind of way. sorry if it was harsh. i know you are just starting out.
